I am directed by Earl Curzon of Kedleston to state that
the copy of the despatch from the Officer administering
the Government of Hongkong on the subject of a scheme for
the foundation of a large educational establishment at
Canton, which was enclosed in your letter e 48231/1919
of the 2nd instant, will be submitted to the Committee which
is being appointed to consider the whole question of
British educational interests abroad.
